Surbiton

In 2008, we were commissioned to remodel a house in Surbiton. We completed the project in just seven months – well ahead of our client’s Christmas deadline.

With planning permission granted, we rebuilt the existing side and two-storey rear extensions and replaced the roof to create a master bedroom suite in the loft. The remaining areas of the house were reconfigured to create an open plan space to suit our client’s lifestyle.

The property was fully rewired, a new central heating system was installed and we redesigned the rear and front gardens. We worked hard to deliver the client’s ‘wish list’ which included a glass wall for the staircase. Using a specialist glazier we designed and fitted a bespoke glass panel to give the entrance a light and contemporary feel.

Following a recommendation from our client, we are currently refurbishing a Grade II listed property and are tendering for a further project on the same street.
