East Molesey

We were commissioned to build a new extension at the rear of a property on Wolesey Road, replacing an existing conservatory and lean-to. The extension would house a new, larger kitchen/dining area leading onto a new patio.

To maximise the light in the property, we installed bespoke roof lanterns and bi-fold doors which open the house up to create a stunning, light dining/entertaining area.

As well as decorating the extended kitchen and dining room, we rewired and redecorated the house throughout and replaced all the rear windows. We finished by refurbishing the garage and creating a new utility room off the kitchen.

The clients were living in the property throughout the project and were delighted with our team’s efficiency and the lack of disruption caused by the building work. As a result of this successful project we won two more contracts with the owner’s friends.
