Surbiton

Following the successful completion of a project in the same street, we were commissioned to refurbish a nine bedroom Grade II listed house in Surbiton.

Working closely with surveyors and listings we updated the existing property removing asbestos, installing secondary glazed windows, replacing the wood flooring and repairing the coving.

The house was also plastered and rewired throughout, a new kitchen and four new bathrooms were fitted and a new heating system installed.

Ensuring the original style of the property was maintained, we also introduced contemporary features such as IT, audio and security systems.
