This renovation project in Walton on Thames involved extending the property and adapting the ground floor to create specialist disabled access and facilities.

Building a single story extension to the rear and side of the property created a large open plan living and dining area opening onto a new decking area, a lawned garden and a custom built double garage and entertainment room.

Internally we fitted a new kitchen and new bathrooms, installed new heating and security systems and replastered and redecorated throughout.

We completed the project within six months, enabling the family to move out of rented accommodation and into their new home.
