West Molesey

Our clients in West Molesey were looking for additional ground-floor living space. We were asked to build an extension that fell within existing planning permission but added enough space for a new family room off the kitchen.

To ensure the new extension complemented the exterior of the house, we sourced bricks and roof tiles that matched the existing ones and continued the brickwork detail throughout.

The existing kitchen and a dividing wall were removed to create a larger open plan kitchen/ dining room. We fitted a new kitchen and decorated the whole kitchen/living area. A new patio was also built between the extension and the garden.

The project was completed in just six weeks. As a result of this project we were contracted to build an extension in East Molesey.
